Equity Messaging and Motivation – webinar series This interactive webinar series explores the psychology of how various audiences understand and conceptualize equity. Participants will develop skills to tailor their equity-related messages to different audiences and gain support for strategies designed to promote equity.

The Care and Feeding of Health Equity

This interactive webinar walks participants through the use of a tool which we created to evaluate a policy, program, or procedure for its impact on equity and the identification of unintended consequences. Zoom rooms will be used for the participants to practice using the tool on a real-life strategy that’s relevant to their work.

The Secret Life of Health Workers' Stereotypes – webinar series

This interactive webinar series helps health workers recognize how their own biases affect their perceptions and interactions with others—both co-workers and patients. It will provide strategies for undoing these predispositions with engaging exercises and self-reflection.

The Secret Sauce of Equity: EVERYONE'S in on It

This interactive webinar focuses on the principles of effective community engagement and power sharing to develop community coalitions to address public health issues. Participants evaluate their existing or planned coalition representation and how to expand it, as well as evaluate the power dynamics to ensure community lived experience guides their work.
