Share your Views about Cancer Needs in Maryland

The University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center is asking Marylanders to complete a brief 10-minute survey about their views on cancer needs in their community.The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available online at the link below.  For a limited time, participants who complete the survey will be offered a $15 digital gift card.

To participate in the community health survey, individuals should be:

·       Ages 18 years or older

·       Live or reside in Maryland

·      Willing to complete a 10-minute survey in English about wellness and cancer in their community.
