Building Healthy Families in Caroline and Dorchester counties.

The Mid-Shore Health Improvement Coalition is making up to three (3) $15,000 mini-grants available to organizations that can implement a Building Healthy Families (BHF) cohort within Caroline or Dorchester counties starting in the fall of 2025. 

About BHF 

BHF is a family-based healthy weight program for children and their families. Key behavior change strategies include goal setting for lifestyle modification and weight loss, self-monitoring, rewards/contingency management, role modeling, and stimulus control/ modifying the environment.
