Funding Opportunity: Community Engagement for Advance Directives in Rural Maryland

The Maryland Department of Health, Center for Cancer Prevention and Control, is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to develop and deliver advance directive education and training for rurally-based community leaders, including those from faith-based groups and community-based organizations (CBOs), to increase these organizations’ leaders’ capacity to engage clients and community members about advance directives and promote digital options for document completion and storage.
