2025 Data Released from County Health Rankings and Roadmaps

For over a decade, County Health Rankings & Roadmaps has measured conditions that influence how well and how long we live — from access to affordable housing to jobs that pay a living wage and opportunities for a good education. Now, in a new model of health, CHR&R is looking at how power and societal rules create conditions that impact everyone’s health and the ways we can take action to change them.
